Killed in Vasouy (Honfleur) on the 24th of August 1944
Buried in Pennedepie (Honfleur) on the 26th of August 1944
On the 24th August 1944 in Vasouy (Honfleur), 5 Platoon of the 3rd Company opens the way to Honfleur. When suddenly (Raymond Van den Abbele) is killed by a mine. He was buried in the cemetery of Pennedepie.
